"Really happy with the pool gear so far"
I ordered a cue and some chalk from Ozone Billiards last week, and everything arrived in great shape a few days later. I’ve had the cue out for a few nights now, and it feels solid, straight, and better than I expected for the price. So far, no issues at all, and I’m really happy with the quality.

I got my order way faster than I expected!!! The box showed up in good shape too, so that was nice... no real complaints from me!!

"Pretty solid selection, I found what I needed"
I’m sure Ozone Billiards has something for most people, whether you’re looking for cues, cases, chalk, or table accessories. I liked that they had a mix of price ranges too, not just the really expensive stuff. It did take me a little while to sort through everything, but I ended up finding what I needed. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the stock info was a bit clearer on some items

I ordered a few pool accessories and the prices were good compared to other sites I looked at. Shipping wasn’t the cheapest, but even with that, it still felt like a decent deal overall. Everything arrived in good shape, and the quality was about what I expected for what I paid. A friend had actually mentioned them to me, and I’m glad I checked them out. I’d probably order from them again next time I need more billiards gear.

"Customer service helped, though I felt a bit pressured"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They replied the next day and were actually helpful, which I appreciated, but I’ll admit I felt a little pressured trying to get everything explained and sorted quickly.
It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, and that made the whole thing feel slightly stressful, but they kept me updated and eventually fixed the problem. Overall, it was a good experience, just not totally smooth.
